SoftProject wins IT service provider for the financial sector as new customer
SoftProject GmbH, based in Ettlingen, Germany, is now helping Atruvia AG, one of Germany’s largest IT service providers and a digitization partner of the cooperative FinanzGruppe, to digitize its internal business processes. The low-code platform X4 BPMS (Business Process Management Software) is to be used as a central and company-wide digitization solution. The aim is to automate and accelerate a wide range of business processes (such as ordering and approval processes for new hardware for Atruvia employees) across departments using X4 BPMS.
Automated processes to speed up workflows and reduce costs
The decisive factors for Atruvia’s decision in favor of the X4 BPMS were the functional scope of the low-code platform and the possibility to flexibly implement process automation projects. The implementation of the first digitization projects is planned for mid-2022. “Our two software companies complement each other perfectly,” says Markus Notheis, responsible employee in the business development department at SoftProject GmbH. “The basis of our cooperation is formed by forward-looking technologies such as the X4 BPMS digitization platform and the know-how of highly qualified employees on both sides. We are looking forward to working together.” SoftProject plans to further expand the use of the low-code platform X4 BPMS and also increasingly accelerate digitization projects in the financial sector.
