We are looking for a Head of Human Resources / HR Director (f/m/d) to prepare SoftProject’s HR strategy, goals, standards and processes for further growth. We offer you a long-term perspective with the option of becoming a member of the management team.

Your profile

  • You have a degree with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications.
  • You can draw on several years of professional and management experience in a modern, future-oriented HR field - ideally you have already worked in an IT company.
  • Thanks to your empathic intuition, you show a high level of social competence, enjoy contact with others and can exchange ideas with colleagues at all hierarchical levels.
  • You are enthusiastic about new and innovative approaches, which you implement and further develop with great initiative. Your analytical skills make it easy for you to define relevant KPIs.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills complete your profile.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, give your team forward-looking impulses, agree on concrete goals and thus control the success of your team.
  • You go with us on our growth course by supporting the further development and implementation of the HR strategy, goals, standards and processes.
  • In this context, it is particularly important for you to ensure that our human resources policy is in line with our corporate values in all areas.
  • You are a sparring and contact person for the management and executives in all personnel-related and labor law issues.
  • In addition to your leadership work, you will be close to the day-to-day business in terms of content and provide support in recruiting and personnel development. You will also be involved in topics such as on-boarding or employee retention measures.
