We are looking for a (Senior) Personnel Officer / HR Generalist (f/m/d) initially as a parental leave replacement for 2 years to support our team in the support and development of employees as well as in all other HR topics.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on human resources or have acquired a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience as a personnel officer/HR generalist (f/m/d). Ideally, you have several years of experience in the professional recruitment of IT professionals with a technological focus.
  • You have a good command of MS Office and sound knowledge of social, tax and labor law.
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working, initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • You have a solution-oriented work style, a hands-on mentality and an affinity for the IT industry. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.

Your tasks

  • As the first point of contact, you advise and support our managers in all personnel-related matters.
  • You will be jointly responsible for recruiting IT specialists throughout Germany, conducting telephone and job interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire application process.
  • You supervise the ongoing development of a structured personnel development concept and initiate personnel development measures.
  • Furthermore, you support the HR team in varied projects such as employer branding, benefits, etc. and take over administrative tasks such as the preparation of employment contracts, references, etc.
