Role Description

  • Performs ongoing administration and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 tenant account, reflecting the ability to resolve issues quickly, develop workflow and procesas for operations teams, and automate processes through writing and maintaining custom PowerShell scripts to remediate any open issues.
  • You will act as the primary contact for service escalations and troubleshooting, providing second level support and coordinating with third level MS specialists. You will resolve customer connectivity, customer software distribution and mobile installation issues using Microsoft 365 support tools to analyse Office 365 service reports, audit log and third party service reports.
  • You will actively participate in projects to provide technical guidance on Microsoft 365 offerings and follow industry trends.
  • Responsible for the technical development and expansion of our Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.
  • You will support digitisation projects and take responsibility for technical sub-projects over time.
  • You will be responsible for the administration of internal cloud and hybrid systems such as Exchange Online, Teams, Jira, Share Point.
  • You will take an active role in adapting internal systems to the strategic orientation of the company, e.g. when migrating on-premise software solutions to the Microsoft cloud.
  • You will accompany the process of replacing existing services in the company's environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with:

  • University degree in computer science (business) or a comparable technical degree and you can demonstrate.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the role in infrastructure/systems environments, e.g. managing Office 365 business productivity products like Exchange, SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft 365 platform products.
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of these platforms: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, advise, design solutions, collaborate with the business to help them improve productivity.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Office 365 MCSA or MCSE desirable.
  • You are passionate about driving digital change in a successful mid-sized software company.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, Teams or Power Platform. Ideally, you have initial experience in ERP, CRM and/or DMS.
  • You find the balance between creative solutions to optimise existing systems and curiosity to deal with current technologies.
